OD Sr Consultant

General Description As an Organizational Development Consultant based in our San Juan office within the Talent and Organizational Development team, you will strategically create and execute organizational development, change and talent management strategies and tools to improve organizational effectiveness. This role is bilingual and will engage with stakeholders who speak Spanish and English.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities This role serves as an internal consultant, advising business leaders and teams in the areas of leadership development, change management, team development and coaching. Proactively diagnose and assess organizational development needs, and work with internal partners to design solutions to address gaps and opportunities. Create change management strategies to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative, conduct stakeholder impact analyses, assess change readiness, and develop corresponding change plans. Lead the development of change deliverables and support communication initiatives among employees and leadership related to change initiatives. Design and facilitate leadership and team building workshops, exercises, or programs to enhance the cohesiveness of teams. Confident presenter and facilitator, comfortable with executives and leadership teams. Facilitate delivery of employee engagement survey results to assigned internal clients. Translate employee engagement data and themes into measurable action plans for various business units. Deliver and facilitate psychometric assessments and 360 evaluation feedback to individual leaders and teams. Evaluate business initiatives to identify and design the appropriate and necessary OD interventions to achieve the business goals. Support the identification of key talent and succession plans and identify development to support that talent. Provide coaching to business leaders and executives for their leadership development. Engage directly with senior executives on program design and execution across variety of talent management spaces. Create and deliver impactful presentations and communications (Spanish and English) for executive audiences.
Minimum Education Master's Degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Leadership or Organizational Development.
Experience A minimum of five (5) years of related experience.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities [KSA's]
Computer and technological skills: Proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word) and other presentation software.
Project Management: Ability to work with multiple projects and tasks with minimum supervision. Capacity to achieve results according to plan ensuring the expected quality. Excellent organization capacity to define priorities, meet deadlines, and flexible to change. Knowledge on project coordination, identification of business needs, work plan, budget control, time management, resource allocation, team management and status reports. Must demonstrate leadership, logic, and reasoning skills.
